The Roadworks Estimator has been develop by Benchmark Estimating since 1999.

The Roadworks Estimator will perform the estimates for your major road projects at the strategic and concept level. This means when there is little or no detailed information available on a project, Benchmark can produce a highly accurate estimate of the work you wish to perform. The Roadworks Estimator's methodology will apply to all types of road works - widening, creating, adding and modifying.

How the Roadworks Estimator generate prices

The Roadworks Estimator requires you to answer questions about a job. You can also import the road design if you have one available. The Roadworks Estimator will generate a Bill of Quantities and produce prices for this Bill using up-to-date rates from a Benchmark Estimating Software library.
