Benchmark Estimating

We are a specialist construction cost engineering practice, formed in Australia in 1996 with particular expertise in the infrastructure and landscaping sectors.  The company has grown rapidly since its formation and we are a market leader in Australasia with a growing presence in the UK.

Our business has three streams:

• Cost Engineering and Independent Estimator Service

• Estimating Training

• Benchmark Estimating Software

Put simply, we help our Clients get the right project at the right price.  We believe that a sound understanding of the engineering design and construction activities required to deliver a project is critical to achieving this.  Consequently our business is based on integrating design and construction know-how with cost engineering expertise.

We are corporate sponsors of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) and affiliate members of British Association of Landscape Industries BALI.
